1. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, lingerie, undergarments, and adhesive products cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened or the seal is broken, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The item is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags and labels attached.

The request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

The item shows a clear manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.

The wrong item or size was delivered by mistake.
3. Process for Returns
